Venues that have good audio visual capacity are more important now than ever before for businesses. Why? Because they will be the types of venues businesses want to hire for meetings, conferences and business events, because they will need to complete much of their business activity virtually. In a venue that has good audio visual capabilities, you will have the ability to stream meetings and talks to a greater number of people, which can help people to work together still and share the same information.
Venues are becoming more attuned to what businesses need in this respect. Talk to the venue and find out what equipment is available and, if there is none, whether you can provide your own, and how easy it will be to get it to work. You can then hold your event with confidence in the fact that you can share it with others in remote locations, and benefit from it together.

Online games have been around since the internet began in one form or another, but we’ve seen some great developments over the years. This was always going to be a massive part of the gaming industry, as there is a lot of opportunity in the multiplayer aspect of gaming that online gaming provides.
We saw some of the first advanced games come out with ones like Everquest, but they tended to be undisciplined, and unrefined. Following on those early innovators coattails, you have the juggernauts which appeared in the early 2000’s, with Blizzards WOW (world of warcraft), which is an MMORPG which has absorbed the time and money of millions of people around the world, and is perhaps one of the gaming industries greatest successes. Alternatively, you have the lower cost games, and less CPU using ones as well, which are able to be played conveniently through your browser, with games like Runescape, and Goodgame Empire.

Comic fans get excited, DC Comics role-playing game DC Universe Online is heading to the Xbox One, marking the first time a game from Daybreak – formerly Sony Online Entertainment – has come to to a non-PlayStation or PC platform.
Revealed recently during a livestream from the Daybreak studio, the announcement coincides with the 5 year anniversary of DC Universe Online’s release on PC and PS3. (It came out for PS4 at launch in November 2013.)
Not all details were shared except to say that the game will be released on Xbox One sometime this spring. This was also announced on the game’s official Twitter account. We predict a release in April. There has been some murmuring about this for a while, so we won’t say we’re too shocked.

Watching a movie can be a bit of a mission sometimes. Maybe you have an insanely busy schedule, perhaps you are in just one of those moods and have the attention span of a flea right now.
Maybe there is a way to watch movies without them feeling like they are getting in the way of things. Perhaps it all comes down to when you want to watch the movie.
Scheduling a movie for a certain day of the week can be a great way to structure the days around it. You know you are going to be watching the film on that day, so it will encourage you to finish other tasks around it, this way you can fully enjoy watching it.
Maybe you’d like to watch the film with friends or housemates. Having a ‘movie day’ each week can be great as it will give everyone a set time that they can watch the movie together.

There’s no doubt about it; to some people video games are addictive. Many people say that people are now losing touch with reality and entering virtual worlds, and some would argue that this is particularly worrying.
Some people can play video games for hours and hours, only having short breaks for food and water but there’s a real world right outside, so are gamers wasting their time?
Okay, so you won’t have super powers when you step out doors and you may not be a zombie, but being out and about can really bring some zest to your lifestyle. Too much time gaming could well mean you replace real achievements with ‘virtual’ achievements, and that’s something you may come to regret in the future.
Before you settle down for a day or two of gaming, think whether there’s anything better you could be doing, that’s likely to benefit you in the future.
